In the Mac app

There is no account, no HealthKit, no camera, no microphone, no location, and no contacts. Session history is stored locally on your Mac for every user — Free and Pro — and is not sent to us. Preferences use UserDefaults on the device. Nothing leaves the Mac unless you later add a feature that says so.

Waitlist

If you join the Mac App Store waitlist, we store the email you submit through Netlify Forms so we can tell you when the listing is live. We do not use it to build a medical file. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Protocol concierge

Messages you send on /ask or the site widget go to a Netlify Function. The model is reached through Netlify AI Gateway / OpenAI. We do not keep a product database of your chats. Provider logs may exist for a short time for abuse and reliability. Do not send health records or anything you would not put in a public form.

Cookies, children, rights

This site does not use advertising cookies. Local storage may remember the concierge panel state in your browser.

The product is not directed at children under 13.
